Arrest made in convenience store murder

The person accused of shooting and killing a man at a Tampa convenience store this week has turned himself in.

Deputies said Rodney Speights came to the Orient Road Jail around 6:30 Thursday night and gave himself up. He is accused of first degree murder in the death of Osh Williams.

Deputies said Speights shot Williams Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of the Snack Attack Food Store in the 6800 block of North 50th St in Tampa.

Deputies said there was some sort of dispute over a previous fight.

Williams died at the scene.
