Authorities in Pasco County have arrested two men in connection with a series of ‘flasher' incidents.
Marcus Alan Harris and Jarvis Boatwright were both arrested early Saturday morning and booked into the Pasco County Jail.
Harris, 30, was charged with one count of indecent exposure. He is being held on a bond of $5,000.
Boatwright, 26, is facing one count of indecent exposure and one count of cocaine possession. His bond was set at $10,000. Both suspects have extensive criminal histories.
According to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report Harris' charge stems from a February 20th incident on a public transportation bus. Investigators say the suspect exposed his sexual organs to a woman and began to fondle himself.
Harris was identified through a tip called into PCSO following media coverage of the incidents. There have been at least four similar crimes reported since last month at several locations in Pasco County.
Deputies spoke with Harris at a restaurant on Friday and he allegedly told them he had a problem and needed help. The suspect has served two stints in the state prison system for convictions out of Pinellas and Lee counties.
Harris has been arrested on four previous occasions in Pasco County on a variety of crimes including indecent exposure.
Boatwright's charges stem from a March 5th incident the report states. He has also served time in state prison for convictions out of Pasco and Pinellas counties.
Additional charges against both suspects may be filed as the investigation continues.
