Police are investigating the fatal stabbing of an Army veteran whose body was found Friday morning in his West Philadelphia home.
The 59-year-old victim had been stabbed multiple times and was found in a bedroom, FOX 29 News has learned.
The body of Pete Miles was discovered by his son-in-law, who
was checking in on him. Police say there was no sign of forced entry, indicating Miles
may have known his killer. His body had been there for at least a day.
There were no signs of forced entry and no one else lives at the home, according to police, although neighbors said the man did have a girlfriend.
No arrests have been reported.
