The new Dreamworks Animation film kids everywhere have been waiting for premieres today in theaters nationwide. Lowe's will be hosting a themed workshop where kids can come and build various movie themed items. The workshop runs Saturday March 23 and a second one on Saturday April 13, both begin at 10 a.m. and are free.
On March 23 participants will build 'The Croods' Piranhakeet Chomper and in April, 'The Croods' Planter.
'The Croods' is a 3D, prehistoric comedy adventure that follows the world's first family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has shielded them from danger is destroyed. Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures - and their outlook is changed forever. The new Dreamworks Animation film features the voices of Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Cloris Leachman and Clark Duke. 'The Croods' is directed by Chris Sanders and Kirk DeMicco and is rated PG.
