Must have the following in order to apply:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
No minimum experience required
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making skills required
Must have communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required
Must have valid driver's license

Hiring Requirements: Criminal background check (State) as far back as the system will allow. Pre-employment drug testing.

Job Description: Customer Service Representatives respond to inbound customer telephone calls regarding credit card billing inquiries, sales, service, and account maintenance issues.

Answer and resolve issues regarding credit card billing inquiries such as payments, returns, and sales using customer service skills
Answer and resolve issues regarding purchases and delivery of merchandise

Days & Hours: Monday-Sunday. 10:00am-9:00pm. 38-40 hours per week.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.15/hr
