Fire in duplex leaves two families homeless

THONOTOSASSA (FOX 13) -

Two families are homeless after a fire burned through a duplex in Hillsborough County Tuesday night.

It happened at 9315 Greystone Road in Thonotosassa.

Five adults and one child got out of the duplex safely.

Investigators are working to determine how the fire started.

The Red Cross is assisting the families.
