Job Description: The CSR primarily makes outbound calls to members and completes member updates using our computer database.
Work Environment & Dress Code: Call Center, sitting, A/C. Specific vision abilities include
close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Business casual dress code.
Hiring Process: Two (2) (Phone, one-on-one).
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1.30pm-10.00pm. 40 hours per week.
