Driver charged in fatal Cumming accident

FOX 5 has learned a driver is now charged in an accident that left a Cumming woman dead.

Antonio Aguilera-Mora, 17, is charged with second degree vehicular homicide and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Police say the truck he was driving hit an SUV and pushed it into the path of a school bus at Georgia Highway 9 and North Old Atlanta road last week.

The SUV driver, 43-year-old Lesia Elaine Bennett, was killed.
