The crackdown on synthetic drugs across across the Bay area continued Wednesday, when Pasco deputies made two arrests at a convenient store.
The sheriff's office says they re-arrested a store owner and clerk in Hudson for selling K-2 and Spice. They were arrested seven days after they put the synthetic drugs back on their shelves.
"It's a drug. Don't sell it," said Sgt. Bill Davis. "Don't package it like marijuana. Don't sell it like marijuana. Stop hiding it under the counter. Go sell something else to our kids – like candy."
They are charged with violating a county ordinance on synthetic drugs that went into effect late last year, and deputies say store owners should take notice of the law.
