A Riverview man accused of shooting his wife's ex-roommate after apparently finding them having sex has been denied bond.
Ralph Wald, 72, is charged with second-degree murder.
Investigators say Wald told them he found his wife, 42-year-old Johnna Flores, and her former roommate having sex on the couch Sunday night.
They say Wald then got a gun and shot and killed 32-year-old Walter Conley.
It happened along the 500 block of Clara Drive in Brandon where Wald and Flores live.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Flores was arrested last October for aggravated assault after she fired a gun at Conley. They say Flores and Wald were dating at the time and he bailed her out of jail.
Investigators said there is a history of domestic disputes between Flores and Conley.

Billy Conleys last fishing trip was with his family and big brother Walter.
Sadly, it would be the last memory of the two together.
"He was a very kind, loving person who didn't deserve this at all. No matter what the circumstances were, it shouldn't have come to this," Conley said.
On Sunday night, the 32-year-old Riverview man was shot and killed in a jealous rage after investigators say he was caught having sex with the wife of 72-year-old Ralph Wald in the couple's living room.
Wald then grabbed a gun from his bedroom and shot Conley, the sheriff's office said.
Lisa Williford doesn't endorse her step son's indiscretions, but she also believes things did not have to turn violent.
"He could have said something or get him out of the house or whatever he needed to do. He didn't have to kill him," Williford said.
The woman in the middle of this deadly love triangle had her own legal problems. Court records show Johnna Flores was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after she fired one shot at Conley when they were roommates.
She was dating Wald at the time, who bailed her out of jail.
Now the tables have turned, and it's Wald who is behind bars for taking a life.
"You can't have someone murder your brother, you know what the feels like? I can't even stand it," said a tearful Conley.
