Did Seffner man cause fatal hit-and-run near Orlando?
FHP investigators say the vehicle involved in the fatal crash is registered to Victor David Salinas of Seffner. He has hired an attorney and is refusing to speak with investigators.

A 42-year-old Virginia man was killed early Sunday in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 4 in Seminole County.
Keenan Huff was ejected from his 2012 Harley Davidson Motorcycle and struck by a Toyota van. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle that struck Huff's bike and triggered the crash failed to stop. The incident occurred just after 1 a.m. and shutdown the westbound lanes of the roadway for several hours.
The 1998 four-door Saturn was found on the side of I-4 approximately ½-mile from the crash site. The driver was gone.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol report the Saturn is registered to Victor David Salinas, a 23-year-old Seffner resident. Sunday afternoon it was learned that Salinas has hired an attorney and does not to wish to speak with FHP investigators.
The driver of the van, 45-year-old Rohan Vickramasinghe of Ontario, Canada, immediately pulled over after realizing what had happened.
The first law enforcement officer to respond to the crash site - a Lake Mary Police Officer - escaped injury when another driver struck his cruiser on the side of the roadway. Tracey Flood, 41, was ticketed for careless driving for running into the vehicle, which was blocking the left traffic lane with its emergency lights activated the report states.
