The search is on once again for Atlanta's Most Photogenic Baby of 2013. This annual event raises between $10,000-$20,000.00 each year for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation!
This year's event is happening at Sugarloaf Mills, and photographer Mike Guo, along with the current Atlanta title holders, Aleah Kelso and Hannah Billings, stopped by Good Day Atlanta to talk about the upcoming event.
Photographers will be out at Sugarloaf Mills March 7-10 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Infants through 5 years old are eligible, and for a $35.00 entry fee they get a professional photo shoot with a fashion photographer. Photos of all the contestants will be on display at Sugarloaf Mills in April for judging and voting in 4 different categories: Precious -- Comical -- Beautiful -- Fashionable. Parents get to keep the (8X10) photos when the contest is over.
Tips for parents:
1. Be sure your child is well rested and well fed.
2. Bring along a favorite toy, treat, or person to distract your child.
3. Don't get caught up in the quest for "the BIG smile".
