A Fort Myers beachgoer was arrested early Monday after allegedly getting defiant with deputies, then urinating inside a squad car.

According to a Lee County Sheriff's Office report, Christopher Brennan of Ostero faces a charge of resisting arrest without violence after his arrest.

The News-Press of Fort Myers reports that Brennan, 18, was put in the back of a cruiser by a deputy responding to reports of out-of-control spring breakers at the Pink Shell Resort.  That's when Brennan, the article states, began thrashing about in the cruiser before urinating through the cage separating the back seat of the cruiser.

Brennan allegedly soaked the deputy's cell phone, lunch, and other personal items.  He was arrested and jailed before being released on $1,000 bond.

County records show Brennan was arrested on trespassing charges a month ago, but the location was not clear.
