Tractor-trailer truck overturns on Interstate 75

A tractor-trailer truck carrying 42,000 pounds of potatoes overturned on Interstate 75 South on Wednesday, blocking all lanes for several hours.

Authorities say the incident happened near Wade Green Road shortly before 4 a.m. None of the potatoes spilled onto the highway, say authorities.

The lanes reopened at around 7 a.m.

No injuries were reported.
