Good Day Cafe: Manhattan Youth fundraiser

Chef David Bouley is helping rebuild the TriBeCa facility used by Manhattan Youth, the organization that runs all after school programs in NYC.

Bouley is doing what he knows best to help: cooking.

He stepped into the Good Day Cafe on Monday for a taste of the dish he'll preparing at the fundraiser.

Manhattan Youth "Moving Forward" benefit takes place Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Downtown Community Center at 120 Warren Street.
