ATLANTA -

ParkAtlanta, the company that enforces parking laws in the city, has been controversial since day one.

Their contract says they are not supposed to show favoritism.

FOX 5's I-Team examined nine months of ParkAtlanta tickets to find some top officials at the city and at ParkAtlanta whose tickets were dismissed.

Why? The city said it was a secret program.

So, can the city document their secret program? You can be the judge.
