Police in Haverford Township are investigating a report of an indecent exposure reported by two female juveniles this afternoon.
The incident happened around 12:30p.m. on the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive. The two girls were walking down the street when one of them noticed the driver of a vehicle with his pants down, with a cell phone in one hand touching himself inappropriately.
The girls reported the incident to a postal carrier, who then later attempted to approach the vehicle. The driver fled from the scene.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early twenties with dark hair and had stubble facial hair. He may be tall as well as head was said to touch the roof of the interior.
The vehicle was described as a dark green late model compact vehicle, possibly a Honda Civic. It also had a child seat in the rear seat that had a green and yellow checkered design.

Thursday weather looks damp and stormy. It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms. Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
