Two unusual cases have been in the headlines lately.  One involves a former college student and the other, an injured stripper.

Attorney Amy Feldman was on the Fox 29 News at Five to talk about the merits in each case.

For the first case, a woman graduated Lehigh University in 2009.  She is now suing the school for over $1 million because she got a C+ in one of her classes.  She says the grade prevented her from becoming a licensed professional counselor.

The question to Amy: Can you really sue over bad grades?

The second case involves a Roxborough woman who is suing the Philadelphia strip club, Delilah's, because she lost her thumb while rehearsing for a performance.

The question to Amy: Did she sign a waiver? Does this have any merit in court?

Watch the video clip to find out what Attorney Feldman thinks of these cases.
