The mother of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale his suing her ex-husband, her attorney told FOX 29 Wednesday.
Pasquale was murdered in Gloucester County last year.
Jennifer Cornwell, Pasquale's mother, claims Anthony Pasquale has taken full control of a memorial set up in their daughter's honor. She claims her ex-husband has gone as far as designing and ordering the headstone for Pasquale's grave without consulting her.
FOX 29 has also learned the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office will no longer be in charge of prosecuting the two accused killers because the Pasquale family filed an intent to sue the DA over its response in the case.
