Water-main break fixed; Westshore lanes reopen

A water main break along Westshore Avenue has been replaced, and now the northbound lanes have been reopened at Kennedy.

It shot water dozens of feet into the air Monday afternoon, creating an impromptu geyser and closing lanes at the busy intersection.

It's still unclear what caused the disruption.
