IHOP is offering free buttermilk pancakes Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company will ask for donations to support the Children's Miracle Network program.
Miss Florida, Laura McKeeman, will be at the Spruce Street location in Tampa to help promote the event at 11 a.m.
