Crash scene closes Phoenix intersection

A flat-bed semi-truck and sport utility vehicle were involved in a crash on 19th Avenue just south of Lower Buckeye Road Tuesday morning.

The truck was hauling a 140 foot long concrete beam and it fell onto the roadway after the crash.

The SUV collided with the truck as it was making a turn.

The 19th Avenue was closed during the investigation and reopened around 7 a.m.

No injuries have been reported.
