TAMPA (FOX 13) -
An apparent water main break was shooting water dozens of feet into the air along Westshore Boulevard early this afternoon.
The middle lanes of Westshore were already closed on the south side of the Kennedy intersection for construction. That's where the impromptu geyser appeared.
It was not immediately clear if the break was an accident related to the construction, or something else.
Traffic was still flowing through the intersection.
The city says everything should be repaired by noon on Wednesday.
