Man in wheelchair robbed outside Walgreens

Deputies are looking for two people who robbed and beat up a man in a wheelchair outside a Sarasota Walgreens.

The sheriff's office released surveillance images from inside the store, located on Bee Ridge Road.

Deputies say they walked up to the man when he was coming out of the store and offered to buy the medicine he bought.

When the man tried to get into his car, one of the suspects grabbed his bag and started hitting him in the face.

Then they took off in a white SUV.
