MANATEE (FOX 13) -
Friends and family are holding onto hope that a missing
boater will be found safe and sound.
The coast guard found the boat that belongs to Patrick
Mullins, but he was not on board.
He's from Manatee County and took his 16-foot boat out on
the Braden River sometime Sunday night, but he never came back.
The coast guard found his boat adrift near Egmont Key.
Mullins, who's a media specialist at Palmetto High School, was not inside or
anywhere nearby the boat.
