Elementary school employee arrested on child porn charges

A computer specialist for a Bay area elementary school has been charged with nine counts of possessing child pornography.

Elliot Christopher Bullard, a 37-year-old employee at Atwater Elementary, was arrested by North Port detectives.

Information provided by Department of Homeland Security investigators led police to the 2600 block of Vedado Street, where Bullard was arrested.

He is accused of distributing the pornography via the Internet.
