There was booze and plenty of beads, and not all of the
pirates were on their best behavior.
Tampa police say they made about 70 arrests at Gasparilla this weekend – mostly for
misdemeanors and underage drinking.
But police did say they didn't see as much underage drinking
this year.
Most of the trash is gone now, but runners on Bayshore might
have to deal with a bit of a leftover stench.
The Florida Aquarium teamed up with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful
to help clean up the area this weekend.
They say the city does a great job, but there was still work
left to do.
