A man from Tampa was arrested on the Howard Frankland Bridge for driving the wrong way.
It was just after 6 a.m., troopers say, when Gabriel Magno-Sanchez got on the wrong way back at Gandy Boulevard. He sideswiped one car before getting pulled over on the bridge where he was arrested.
The driver of the second car was taken to Tampa General Hospital with minor injuries.
The view from SkyFOX not long afterwards showed the white Kia in the southbound lanes, facing the opposite direction from all the other cars.
Magno-Sanchez, 25, was not hurt. He was charged with driving the wrong way and leaving the scene of a crash.
