CLEARWATER (FOX 13) -
A concerned mother led
authorities to arrest a police aide placed at a local library.
Officers say the man
worked in Clearwater's Downtown Library and used computers there to send inappropriate
pictures to a girl.
The man's name is Toby
Malloy. Officers started investigating him when the victim's mother saw
inappropriate messages on her daughter's Facebook page.
Malloy is an employee
of the library and does not work under the police department.
