"I usually go there two or three times a week. I order my food over there. They're nice people," said a regular customer of Mamajuana's Kitchen on Countyline Road. He's shocked to hear that gunfire erupted inside Friday morning.
"It was a surprise to me," the man said.
Warminster Police say the former owner, 33-year old Jose Delgado walked in armed with a gun and fired four shots after what appears to have been a heated exchange of words with new management and staff.
Warminster Police Chief Mike Murphy said, "This shooting is the result of some type of business dispute."
The bustling shopping center immediately went on lock down. John Gindlesperger works at a store in the center. He said, "I just saw cops all over the place yelling get away from the windows."
A concerned mother who didn't want to give her name said even her son's daycare nearby locked down. She was also a regular customer at one time.
"I'm not sure what to make of it," the woman said.
Friday afternoon victims covered their faces as they left and didn't want to talk about what happened. Only Fox 29 was there when a group of people returned hours later to clean up.
We also learned that the suspect, Jose Delgado was at a nearby auto shop just before the incident. Katie Coolbaugh works there and said, "He didn't seem angry or stressed."
No one was hurt during the shootout but police say Delgado is still a wanted and likely armed man. He left in red Ford Explorer. Police believe he may have fled to New York. If you know where Delgado is, call Warminster Police at 215-443-5000.

Not the prettiest Friday, but we're ready for a great weekend. Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. After an early high in the upper sixties, temperatures fall & winds pick up out of the chillier northwest. Right now the Memorial Day Weekend looks sunny and cool with highs in the low to mid 60s on Saturday, in the 70s Sunday & Monday. Cooler temps at the shore.
