Just six days into 2013, the Florida Lottery is already making good on its New Year's resolution, unveiling a new look Monday.
The lottery, now 25 years old, is replacing its old logo with a new one that officials say "reflects the excitement of playing and winning."
"The Florida Lottery is a true success story for the state of Florida," said Gov. Rick Scott in a statement. "For 25 years, this agency has consistently provided benefits to our state's economy and education system."
The new logo features a pink flamingo in front of the backdrop of a bright sun.
According to the state, the lottery has generated more than $24 billion for education.
