A Pinellas County driver was lucky to escape with minor
injuries after his car plowed into a house.
It happened just before 2 a.m. at the corner of 58th
Street and Whitney Road. The driver, who will likely be charged with careless
driving, told police someone cut him off, causing him to smash into the
residence.
No one was home at the time.
