Warmer temperatures will move into the Bay area just in time for 2013, and party-goers can expect decent weather for their New Year's Eve celebrations.
A warming trend will start Monday afternoon, FOX 13 meteorologist Lindsay Milbourne said, with mild temperatures in the high 50s to low 60s around midnight.
No rain is expected, and the forecast calls for partly cloudy skies.
Temperatures will continue to rise throughout the week, escalating to a high of 77 on Thursday.
