BROOKSVILLE (FOX 13) -
A convicted felon already on probation is in trouble with the law again.
Timothy Kincade was arrested Saturday on aggravated battery charges. He was booked into the Hernando County Jail where he is being held without bond.
According to a Brooksville Police Department report Kincade was taken into custody just after 9 a.m. in the 300 block of Walker Ave. in Brooksville where he lives.
In addition to the aggravated battery charge the suspect was also charged with violating the terms of his probation for a drug conviction.
The warrant was issued by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office.
Kincade, 25, is no stranger to law enforcement. He served 16 months in state prison for a cocaine conviction out of Pinellas County. He was placed on drug offender probation earlier this year for a drug-related conviction out of Hernando County.
