1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
1/3 cup fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
2 Fuji apples, cored and sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
In a large bowl, lightly coat spinach and place in a serving bowl. Dress remaining ingredients, tossing lightly to coat. Place on top of the spinach. Serve immediately.
