1 pkg of phyllo (can find in frozen dessert section of store)
2 C chopped walnuts
¾ C sugar
2-3 Tbs. cinnamon
1 Tbs. nutmeg
½ C butter, melted
½ C honey
Mix chopped walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Can adjust to your taste.
Brush butter on bottom of pan, lay single layer of phyllo, brush butter onto phyllo. Layer 5-10 phyllo sheets on bottom and then sprinkle nut mixture, top with single phyllo, brush phyllo with butter, add nuts.
Repeat until nuts are gone. Top with 5-10 layers of phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter. Score the top. Bake for 45 minutes (or until top is golden brown) at 350 degrees. Let it cool for 5 minutes, pour honey over it.
