TAMPA (FOX 13) -
A judge in Hillsborough County has set the Julie Schenecker trial date for Oct. 7.
A pre-trial date has been set for Sept. 12. Schenecker is charged with shooting to death her 13-year-old son Beau and her 16-year-old daughter Calyx in their Tampa Palms home in January 2011.
She told police she was tired of her kids being mouthy.
Judge Ashley Moody also instructed the state attorney's office to release all of their evidence to the defense by the end of January.
