Must have the following in order to apply:
- Bachelors
Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5
years experience.
- Previous
experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Must
have computer skills-Excel, Word and Access Microsoft applications.
- Must
have previous experience with cycle count reconciliation, cost accounting,
product costing, overhead variances and Bill of Materials.
Required Screenings: Criminal background checks (Local, State, Federal) as far back as

Job Description: Responsible for the cycle count program, analysis and
reconciliation of all inventories. Prepare periodic inventory analysis reports
using analytical skills. Accounting support function for the entire company.
This includes assisting in the development of overhead allocations for standard
costs; cost methodologies and obsolescence analysis and month-end financial
reporting. May direct and lead the work of others.
- Utilize
communication skills.
- Coordinate
and manage physical and perpetual cycle counts to ensure inventory
accuracy.
- Publish
trend reports to keep management informed of potential problems.
- Report,
monitor and control inventory adjustments and changes.
- Cycle
Count Reconciliation and root cause analysis.
- Document
the inventory process in relation to the production process flow, make
enhancements and improvements in current inventory and production
processes.
- Perform
process audits (counting methodologies, reporting of production, etc.).
- Communicate
issues/feedback to supervisors, operators, and plant management.
- Reconcile
monthly costs reports.
- Support
on rolling and preparing standard costs.
- Prepare
standard cost analysis.
- Review
and analyze work orders.
- Provide
details as necessary for management's understanding of variances.
- Perform
analysis of fixed and variable cost structure.
- Assist
document control function in maintaining bills of materials and routings.
- Perform
special cost studies/analysis for management.
- Follow
quality system procedures.
- Create
mapping for any new accounts and assure the accuracy.
- Review
daily activities for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Analyze
production and purchasing variations from standard.
Work Environment & Dress Code: Office & Manufacturing facility. Business dress code.
Hiring Process: Several interviews and meetings (Phone, Panel,
one-on-one).
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week.
