Hot Topic: Are you too nice?

According to a report on msn.com, being too nice could lead to stress and depression.

What do you say if your boss asks you to work late on a day when you have already made plans for the evening? Do you say yes or no? And what about fulfilling a last minute request by your parents?

With demands coming at us almost constantly in our lives, a psychologist says you have to know when to say "no." She says if you say yes to a request, and you feel bad, it's time to back off.

So, we want to know -- Can you really be too nice? When do you have the hardest time saying "no"? Post your responses on our FOX 5 Atlanta Facebook page, tweet us @GoodDayAtlanta, or email us at goodday@myfoxatlanta.com! We'll read some of your responses during the 9 a.m. hour of Good Day Atlanta.
