BRADENTON (FOX 13) -

Authorities say a 20-year-old driver was killed and two others critically injured in an overnight crash in Bradenton.

The Florida Highway Patrol says Darian Everett was driving at a high rate of speed in the 4800 block of 34th Street. Mitchell Shreves, 19, and Stephanie Lanham, 20, were inside the car as well.

FHP officials say Everett lost control and crashed into two vehicles parked in a driveway, with the impact so powerful it flipped one of the cars.

Officials say Everett was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shreves and Lanham were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Officials haven't released a cause of the crash yet.
