A Lawrenceville couple welcomed their baby into the world at a memorable time on a special date: 12:12 p.m. on 12/12/2012.
Sophia Guadalupe Montoya was born at Northside Hospital. She wasn't expected for a few days, but shortly after midnight, her mother, Maria, knew her baby was coming early.
"Ten minutes before 12, I started feeling like I was ready," Maria Reyna Munoz said.
The little girl not only came at the precise moment of 12:12, she arrived on a very day for Hispanic Catholics: the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
"It's a very important tradition. Today is the day for our saint, Guadalupe, we consider today her birthday," said Maria Elena Munoz, the mother's sister.
So little Sophia Guadalupe Montoya arrived on a day and time that no one will have trouble remembering.
