Road closed in Tampa after water main break

Water crews have been busy trying to fix a couple of water main breaks in Hillsborough County.

The most recent started on northbound Florida Avenue just south of Fletcher, closing down all northbound lanes from 131^st to Fletcher Avenue.

Those lanes remained closed Wednesday morning. 

That happened an hour after another water main broke in the 4100 block of East 7^th Avenue in Ybor City.

The street was closed both east and westbound from 40^th to 43^rd Avenue.

Officials said Wednesday morning that they hope to have the area open by Thursday afternoon.
