Husband finds woman’s body in canal

Investigators say a 70-year-old woman was found floating in a New Port Richey canal Monday.

The woman's body was found by her husband in the area of 5003 Forecastle Drive.

The sheriff's office says there were no obvious signs of foul play. They're trying to sort out what led to her death.
