TAMPA (FOX 13) -

A youth football referee who was beaten by players and coaches is now suing the Sarasota County School District.

Jayme Ream was injured in the game between the Sarasota "Gators" and the Northport "Huskies" in August of last year.

Cell phone video shows a brawl breaking out after Ream called a personal foul.

He suffered a fractured shoulder, and now he's suing the district for damages of more than $15,000 dollars.

Three coaches and a 14-year-old player are facing felony charges.
