Authorities are now offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of the person who killed a security officer here in Tampa.
Michael Valentin, a Critical Intervention Services officer, was killed last week at the Grande Oaks Apartment complex.
Details on the shooting are scarce, but police do have a few more clues.
Friday investigators released a picture of a bicycle left behind at the scene. On Saturday, police released to the media surveillance video of a young man riding that bike.
Although the quality of the footage is not the best, detectives are hoping someone recognizes him. TPD has stopped short of calling him a suspect, but it's very clear they would like to speak with him about the events leading up to Valentin's death.
Pictures of the bike have been passed around Grande Oaks, but as of Saturday night, the images haven't led to any credible tips.
Valentin joined CIS in October with a resume that included 10 years of experience working in New York City. He leaves behind a wife and two young sons.
