Lockdown lifted for Cobb Co. schools

Cobb County authorities say lockdowns at two schools have been lifted.  Police were searching for a burglary suspect earlier in the afternoon, and both North Cobb High School and Awtrey Middle School were placed on lockdown as a precaution. 

Police said the lockdown had been lifted around 2:30 p.m., and things were back to normal at both schools.
