A Boston-area man accused of soliciting sex from a Polk County teenager made his first appearance in court Tuesday.
Anthony DeSilva, 41, was arrested late last week in Massachussetts and extradited to Florida.
Detectives say he used Facebook to try and solicit two Polk County boys for sex.
In court Tuesday, he was hit with 60 additional charges. They include three counts of use of a computer to seduce a child while misrepresenting age, and 57 counts of use of a two-way device to facilitate a felony.
DeSilva was already facing 10 counts of using a computer to seduce a child and one count of using a computer to transmit harmful material to a child.
He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Investigators say DeSilva coaches the Massachusetts Maple Leafs, a youth hockey team for players 20 years of age and under. A USA Hockey spokesperson says DeSilva has been suspended from all USA Hockey activities.
