Another off-duty cop arrested for DWI

An off-duty police officer has been arrested for drunken driving, the NYPD said.

Miguel Ocasio, 30, was pulled over at about 2:20 a.m. November 16, 2012, and was arrested after he refused to take a breath test, authorities said.

The NYPD did not say where the arrest took place.

Police charged him with resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test.

Ocasio is the second off-duty cop arrested for drunken driving this week. Officer Ismile Althaibani was busted early Monday morning.
