LARGO (FOX 13) -
Police have
identified two people involved in a deadly shooting Monday in Largo.
However, the details surrounding the shooting are still unclear.
Police say Lindsey Alexandria Castaneda was killed, and Bethany June Dunlop
was critically injured.
It appears at this point that one woman shot the other, and then shot
herself. Detectives are still trying to determine the series of events that led
up to the shooting, which happened at the Suburban Lodge at 6550 Ulmerton Road.
Employees of the motel say the two women, who they described as a couple,
were set to check out today, but did not.
When the employees went to the room, they found one of the
women dead, and the other seriously injured from a gunshot wound.
Detectives say it appears that one of the women shot the
other then unsuccessfully tried to kill herself, but they are still sorting out
the details.
