LARGO (FOX 13) -

A Dunedin man is in custody, charged in the car crash that claimed the life of Michael Graziano.

Cameron Bosely, 24, turned himself in to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Sunday night.

Michael Graziano is the brother of John Graziano, who was injured in a car crash five years ago while riding with Nick Bollea, the son of wrestler Hulk Hogan.

The crash got worldwide attention; Graziano ended up with severe brain damage; and Bollea later served time in jail on reckless driving charges.

The crash that killed Michael Graziano happened around 3 a.m. on Ulmerton Road and 66th Street on April 3. Bosely was driving when he rear-ended a dump truck.

Graziano was critically injured. He died on April 13.

Investigators say Bosely had a blood-alcohol content of .174 at the time of the crash. He is now charged with DUI manslaughter.
